Ready-Made Items
These items take only a short time to process before shipping. Includes Final Sale Items, Clearance Sale Items, 48 Hour Ship Items, etc.
Paid order of Ready-Made Items:
The order is sent to the warehouse for processing within 48 hour of your order being confirmed.
If you need to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request on your order page or contact our customer service within 48 hour of your order being confirmed.
If you submit your cancellation request after the 48 hour cancellation window, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
Pre-Order Items
These items take 30 days for production.
Paid order of Pre-Order Items:
Within 120 hours of order confirmation: Full refund of product price + shipping fee
After 120 hours after order confirmation: 50% of the product price + shipping fee will be refunded.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
